Its a Quarut. Was mentioned earlier I think. A kind of Golem known as an Inevitable that ensures certain aspects of reality are kept all nice and tidy. Quaruts are primarily concerned with the integrity of contracts, hence why a couple updates back they were talking about how the guy might have ‘accidentally’ broken some unspoken contract.

Other kinds of Inevitables concern themselves with the Integrity of the Space Time Continuum, the ongoing existence of the Gods, yadda yadda so on and so forth. Ya’d have to look ‘em up in various Dungeons and Dragons Monster Manuals to spot ‘em.
