Hello everyone,

Faye does not know a lot about guns!

Sorry, I grew up in a house with rifles and shotguns, and if my dad or mom even got half a hint of me pointing it at someone even unloaded, I’d be lucky if the black and blue marks would disappear before a year passes by.

  Haha same, first thing I learned when my dad passed me a gun was to never, under any circumstances, point it at a person, loaded or not. My dad would kill me if I did something like that lol

    My dad was a sailor, and often when he was stationed on land he would work at the armory taking care of weapon maintenance. Some of the stories he told me of the crazy stuff that would happen in the 70s with some of the dumber privates was awe inspiring and helped clear up for me why he made sure I understood how dangerous guns could be.

Erm… yeah, Faye, sweetie, that’s not a toy. I’m kind of surprised Kaden’s as calm as he is about lecturing her. When Lord E gave her the piece, I assumed she at least had knowledge in basic firearm safety–this suggests otherwise. :(

This reminds me of one time, I took an NES gun (you know, the Duck Hunt one) and pointed it at a guy I know. Later, he showed me his concealed weapon license and told me about his less than perfect eyesight.

Needless to say, that joke ended quickly.

  I remember those! If his eyesight was so bad not to see one of those things for what it was, he’d probably miss you and hit someone else. Bad eyesight kinda negates the “tough guy” thing of a concealed carry.
  
  Remember those old laser guns? (Was it LaserTag?) You were supposed to shoot at people with those. These days everyone would probably die of fright or something if somebody even carried one around. ;-)

    Oh yes, I definitely remember LaserTag. I think those are still around, but I haven’t seen them in forever.
    
    The question that always haunts me is this: the Wii has a point-and-click remote, and even the optional Zapper attachment…so why is Duck Hunt still not on the Virtual Console??

      Yeah, I was all the way across the room when I did it. And I think the lighting was a little poor.

    Actually, the “bad eyesight” was probably to broadcast that he might NOT BE ABLE TO TELL the difference between the “fake” gun and a real one. Meaning “do that again, and I might ‘mistakenly’ shoot you.”

The young noble woman has a pistol she doesn’t even know the base rules for. This is going to be as fun as pulling teeth. -_- The panel were she blushes is so cute. :3
