Hmmm. . . A huge wind, light, rumblings, and a flood. . . Sounds like a nuclear warhead so far.

Wind = The force of the blastwave.
Light = The light of the detonation, and the radiation.
Flood = The flood of radiation that will atomize all living matter.
Quake = THe force of the detonation on the earth.

THen again, this is my first reading, so I might be WAAAAAY off.
